This will be the perfect reset for your skin that will include a double cleanse with exfoliation, hydrating masque with facial massage and scalp massage to release tension, increase flow to the skin and restore the beauty within. We'll conclude your session with a gentle sound bath, where healing frequencies will help to reset your nervous system and wash over you for continued deep healing.
50 min Abhyanga Treatment - Give yourself the gift of relaxation and detoxification of the mind, body and soul with Abhyanga. This full body Ayurvedic massage not only nourishes your body but also nurtures and soothes your nervous system by bringing in a deep sense of relaxation, rejuvenation and inner harmony. Warm, herbal-infused oils are massaged into the entire body from your head to your toes. As the oil permeates your skin, it penetrates down to the deepest levels of your being. It dissolves tension in the muscles and calms the mind and nervous system. The session will conclude with a full body steam session to allow deeper absorption of the herbs as well as detoxification.
