REMEDY is located on the second floor of the building. Enter the space quietly and adjust cell phones — PLEASE DO NOT KNOCK ON DOOR. All appointments are taken by appointment only at this time.

Please arrive just a few minutes prior to your appointment time. This is a good time to decompress, help yourself to water, use the restroom or browse the retail area.

We do our best to be waste-less, and while we will have recyclable paper cups for you, feel free to bring your own water bottle for extra hydration pre and post session. Appreciate you!

The grey two story building is located just one block east of Oneawa. You’ll find Japanese Restaurant Tokoname + a cute home goods shoppe Live Beautiful Home downstairs. Spot the black gated door and come on up to the second floor - we’re the first suite!

PARKING — It’s Kailua! If you aren’t walking distance, be prepared to find metered parking along Uluniu St. There is 2hr metered parking 7a-6p except Sundays and state holidays.

Please allow yourself some extra time if this is your first visit and always double check street signage.

Treatment prices shown on line do not reflect the HI state GET tax on services and goods. A tax of 4.5% will be added to all treatments at time of checkout. Mahalo!

Cash Payments - Are always appreciated. Please prepare to have the exact payment amount available as REMEDY is cashless.

Venmo App - Preferred payment method. You will be able to scan my Venmo QR code for payment for treatments and any retail purchases.

Square - You are welcome to use a credit card for any treatments or retail purchases. ‘Tap’ is available.

FAQ - Gratuity is not included in your spa treatment total, but gratuity in cash or Venmo is always appreciated; this assures 100% of your gratuity is received. Gratuity generally ranges from 15%-20% of your treatment cost.

All gift card holders are welcome to use the value of your gift card towards a wellness treatment or towards any product purchases in studio only.

Need to book an appointment?

• If you have an E-Gift card, please enter the code in your email confirmation when booking your appointment. If you have a physical gift card, please reach out using the contact from at the bottom of this page for your appointment to be booked internally.

• Lost gift cards will not be the responsibility of REMEDY, so please treat it as cash and bring with you and present your gift card prior to starting your session.

• Gift cards will reserve your appointment and will act as a deposit. Will be forfeited if outside cancellation policy terms. See cancellation policy.

• Gift cards are valid for the recipient noted only and cannot be transferred.

Please email remedyspashop@gmail.com if you need to cancel your appointment and aren’t able to do so from your confirmation email. Adjustments to your appointment via social media won’t be accepted. THANK YOU!

• If you need to cancel or change an upcoming appointment, please do so at least 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. Any appointments cancelled or changed within 24hrs will be charged 50% of your appointment and will need to be paid before rescheduling.

• Excessively late and no-shows will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment. All clients running 15mins late will be considered no-shows and will need to pay for the no-show appointment before rescheduling.
