REMEDY is located on the second floor of the building. Enter the space quietly and adjust cell phones, as to not disturb treatments in session — PLEASE DO NOT KNOCK ON DOOR. All appointments are taken by appointment only at this time.

Please arrive just a few minutes prior to your appointment time. This is a good time to decompress, help yourself to water, use the restroom or browse the retail area.

The building is located on the west side of Sepulveda Blvd. next door to Exer Urgent Care and directly across the street from Sushi Roku and the newly revamped Manhattan Village shopping center.

Driving southbound on Sepulveda: turn into the parking lot on your right just after Exer Urgent Care.

Driving northbound on Sepulveda/PCH: take your first left directly into the parking lot just after the light at 30th St.

PARKING — You’re welcome to park in the parking lot allocated to the building. In addition, free street parking is available on Sepulveda Blvd (note the signs: no weekday parking 3p-7p) or across the street in the vicinity of shopping at Manhattan Village.

Cash Payments - Are always appreciated. Please prepare to have the exact payment amount available as REMEDY is cashless.

Venmo App - Preferred payment method. You will be able to scan my Venmo QR code for payment for treatments and any retail purchases.

Apple Pay, PayPal or Zelle - A simple way to pay in person. Please have the appropriate app or account logged in at time of checkout.

Square - You are welcome to use a credit card for any treatments or retail purchases.

FAQ - Gratuity is not included in your spa treatment total, but gratuity in cash or Venmo is always appreciated; this assures 100% of your gratuity is received. Gratuity generally ranges from 15%-20% of your treatment cost.

All gift card holders are welcome to use the value of your gift card towards a wellness treatement or towards any product purchases in studio only.

Need to book an appointment?

• If you have an E-Gift card, please enter the code in your email confirmation when booking your appointment. If you have a physical gift card, please reach out using the contact from at the bottom of this page for your appointment to be booked internally.

• Lost gift cards will not be the responsibility of REMEDY, so please treat it as cash and bring with you and present your gift card prior to starting your session.

• Gift cards will reserve your appointment and will act as a deposit. Will be forfeited if outside cancellation policy terms. See cancellation policy.

• Gift cards are valid for the recipient noted only and cannot be transferred.

Reminder :

• All gift cards purchased 11/4/2022-11/4/2023 will expire on 12/31/2023 as noted on your gift card.

• Gift cards purchased on or after 12/1/2023* will be valid thru 12/31/2024 as noted on your gift card. *Disregard if alternative terms for promotional offers were given.

Please email remedyspashop@gmail.com if you need to cancel your appointment and aren’t able to do so from your confirmation email. Adjustments to your appointment via social media won’t be accepted. THANK YOU!

• If you need to cancel an upcoming appointment, please do so at least 48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. Any appointments cancelled within 48hrs will be charged 50% of your appointment and will need to be paid before rescheduling.

• Excessively late and no-shows will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment. All clients running 15mins late will be considered no-shows and will need to pay for the no-show appointment before rescheduling.

• All prepaid appointments AND deposits are non-refundable. Rather, if you need to cancel your appointment, your profile will be noted and you'll have the opportunity to reschedule within 30 days of your cancelled appointment date.
