  • Sound healing is a modality that has been used thru centuries, a form of meditation. Vibrational sounds are created with instruments tuned to specific frequencies to stimulate our nervous system, brain waves, and energy centers, or chakras, encouraging balance and flow throughout our body and mind on a cellular level.

  • What does it feel like?

    Sound healing is deeply relaxing. You may experience neutral space or changes in body temperature while some people have color visuals during a session. Whatever it may be, just know the frequencies from the sound healing instruments will wash over your body, going exactly where you need it most. You will always be guided in this safe space created just for you.

In-Studio Sound Healing Sessions

1:1 Sound Bath Healing Session, 50mins

A sound bath is simply a form of meditation for the mind, body and spirit using sound frequencies. During this visit we'll have a consult and begin to drop in with some intention setting and gentle breathing techniques. Then, as your body naturally starts to relax, you'll be 'bathed' in vibrational sound. Crystal singing bowls, Ocean Drum, Crystal Singing Pyramid, and peaceful chimes will help tap into your nervous system and assist in bringing your body and mind into a much more balanced and deepened relaxed state. This session will take place in the cozy treatment room. 50mins

Sound Bath Healing Session For Two

Share this sound bath healing experience with a friend or partner. This session will take place in our studio’s indoor space where we hold sound baths and wellness workshops. Blankets and bolsters will be provided. Please contact me to book. 45mins

Sauna + Sound

40 minutes

Heat and healing is the focus of this session! We begin by dropping in with a guided body scan mediation and breathing techniques to activate the nervous system as your body drops into a meditative state and heat hugs your body. As you relax in the heated sauna blanket, you’ll be treated to a sound bath of healing frequencies, bathe your body for deep relaxation and rebalancing of your nervous system on a cellular level. This is a full, body and mind treat! You'll be wrapped up in an infrared sauna blanket complete with 96 flat jade and tourmaline stones to calm the body and disperse heat evenly. Heat can be adjusted during the session, however the aim of this treatment will be to sweat and calm the mind. The benefits of infrared sauna can help calm the mind, help with pain management, detoxify the body, relieves stress in the body.

You're welcome to wear your own loose fitting clothing during your session or a comfortable robe will be provided for you to change into. Please bring your own socks. A cool towel infused with essential oils will be offered at the completion of your session. See FAQ’s and package offerings here.

Looking to share the vibe? Private, group sound baths are now available too. Make your next special occasion, self care night in or birthday celebration a magical experience with a healing sound bath in the comfort of your own home or private space. 

If you'd like to host a private group sound healing and need a space, please let me know. Our location has an indoor space for small groups up to 8ppl and a large outdoor patio space for group sizes up to 20ppl. Please connect to discuss booking a group sound bath.

Integrated into your treatment will be the use of weighted tuning forks, focusing on facial points to relax and balance the facial nerves for increased functionality of the skin's natural flow. A combination of crystal singing bowls and tuning forks will be played to bring more alignment to your mind and body. Perfect for anyone looking for a little additional relaxation time. 20mins

Take your next massage treatment to another level and connect inward with this vibrational medicine. Weighted tuning forks will be used on different points on the body, to balance, and aid in healing inflammation, pain management, injury, and general overall well-being and relaxation. Any combination of crystal singing bowls and tuning forks will be used throughout the session to bring more alignment to your mind and body. 20mins
