We’ll come together for an evening reset of our nervous system to wrap up the month. Gentle vibrational medicine of crystal singing bowls, deep gong tones, and other sound healing instruments will wash over you as you’re guided through a sound bath. Come as you are, there’s nothing you need to do other than receive the frequencies while you rest. Details will be sent via email upon reserving your spot.
