Massage sessions should be booked when your schedule allows for you to relax after a session to get the full benefits massage therapy has to offer.

Any massage session may be added onto another treatment offered at Remedy for the ultimate self care session.

Remedy Massage

60 min + 90 min sessions offered

This integrated massage uses a combination of massage techniques customized just for your comfort. To ease muscles into a state of relaxation and melt away tension any or all modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue and Lomi Lomi massage techniques may be used to address muscle soreness. Heat therapy and essential oils are included to elevate your session.

Remedy Stress Buster (add-on only)

30 min session

We’ll spend 30mins working on your full back, neck and shoulders to focus on the most common area where we tend to hold stress and tension, leaving you with better mobility and feeling a little lighter. Firm pressure is typically used in this treatment, please let us know if you opt for lighter pressure. This shorter session is available as an add on to any skin care sessions + will be shown as an option when booking.
