We're kicking off the Spring season with a deeply healing Acupuncture and Sound Bath. 

Like the seasons, we too change. After a dark and cool winter of rest and turning inward, we'll come together on a Sunday morning to welcome in new energy for a new season. In TCM Spring is the beginning of a Yang season: awakening, transformation and growth. This hour long session will incorporate ancient Chinese Acu points to reset and re energize the mind and body. While you rest, healing frequencies of sound bowls, deep gong tones and other healing instruments will wash over you to help regulate your nervous system. Don't forget to wear your Green!

WAIT...there's more! Following the Acu/Sound session, we invite you to pop into the newly opened co-shared space of REMEDY and Heal EastWest located just next door in Suite F. We'll have some festive green sweets and sips available from 11a-1p. We hope you can join us to kick off Spring!
